Our parkour youth programs are an amazing outlet for children. Parkour teaches crucial physical, social, and emotional skills. By navigating obstacles, kids and teens learn the confidence and bravery to approach all of life’s challenges.
We offer parkour classes, camps, and workshops for kids and teens. We also serve nearby cities like Shoreline, Bellevue, and Mercer Island.

Kids & Teens Parkour Classes
Our high-energy, interactive classes will have your student jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling, and crawling around your local park! Through fun games, safe quality instruction, and supervised free play, we teach how to overcome fear, set goals, collaborate, and creatively problem-solve. Whether your student is a first-timer or a dedicated practitioner, these classes are perfect for improving movement and making friends.
Classes include a group warm-up, falling safety instruction, skill technique practice, movement games, and obstacle coursing.
Youth Parkour Team
Established in 2019, the Parkour Visions Youth Team welcomes students 9–18 looking to challenge themselves in new ways. Youth Team meets weekly during the school year. It promotes a rigorous physical and mental routine focused on nurturing well-rounded athletes and community leaders, while still providing a fun, social training experience.
PARKOUR SUMMER CAMPS
PKV’s Seattle parkour kids summer camps are week-long, high-energy, outdoor experiences. Students learn to move creatively and efficiently in a collaborative, non-competitive social environment. Our parkour summer day camps are a fantastic alternative to traditional sports camps. Parkour is great cross-training for cheerleading, tumbling, dancing, and many other sports. Every camp includes a warm-up and cool-down, falling safety (ukemi), skill practice, movement games, and obstacle courses.
Our parkour programs serve youth in Seattle and nearby cities like Shoreline, Bellevue, and Mercer Island. Learn more about Parkour Visions Youth Programs here.
