
Alex "David" Boden (he/him)

Alex hails from the small Midwestern town of Quincy, IL, where he became immersed in parkour as a high school senior. Alex coached parkour for three years with APEX School of Movement Denver and also with Path Movement in Littleton, CO. Most recently, he worked as a 911 telecommunicator and helped save lives over the phone. Now he looks forward to changing lives through parkour. Alex is a ParkourEDU certified level 1 coach.

Anthony Gordon (he/him)

Anthony started his parkour journey in a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada. With nothing better to do, he started training to become Spiderman in 2018 in his backyard, and around 2020, he landed his first flip in his basement. In 2022, his family moved to Washington state, where he started his parkour coaching career as well as his diving career. His first year as a diver he competed as a state qualifier. After graduating high school, he moved to Redding, California, to continue coaching for a year before becoming a coach in Seattle. Anthony loves to coach, travel, meet new people, and try new things. "Coaching is something I have found that is not just the best way to teach but the best way to learn."

Adam "Brute" Remesnik (he/him)

Brute began his parkour journey in 2015 with his first class at PKV. After completing the PKV coaching apprenticeship in the fall of 2017, he’s been coaching ever since. He’s an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a Strength and Conditioning coach. Despite his intimidating nickname, Brute brings a thoughtful approach to parkour, viewing it as both a physical and philosophical practice. His favorite move is the badger. Outside of parkour, you’ll find Brute working as an engineer at Amazon, hiking in the Olympic Mountains, or attending conventions with his wife and kids.

Haley Richardson (she/they)

Haley has played team sports most of their life and has practiced parkour for the last three years. Before coming to PKV, they worked with children with autism as a Behavior Educator. And in 2017, they generated 2,000 shoes for Project Homeless Connect in Tacoma—the most shoes donated ever! Haley is a very team-oriented person. They also love playing Dungeons and Dragons, both as a DM and as a player.

Adrien Hoshi (he/him)

Adrien first tried parkour when he was 9 and became more passionate over time. He has been practicing parkour for 7 years now, with the majority of that time training with PKV. At the start of 2024, he participated in the Leap to Lead program to become an assistant coach. On top of parkour, he enjoys learning about game design, music production, and 3D printing.

Natalie Curran (she/her)

Natalie began teaching parkour her junior year of high school after an injury temporarily took her away from softball. Natalie has always been all things sports doing soccer, basketball, karate, and softball growing up. She played on a nationally ranked team middle school through high school until she graduated and has been playing DI softball at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo the past two years. Being an athlete her whole life she loves to exercise and get outdoors any way she can. Parkour is fun, keeps her actives, and gets her in the great Washington outdoors she loves so much!

Esme Harkess (she/her)

Esme is a second-year Psychology student at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, working toward an Honours Bachelor’s degree with hopes of specializing in Child Development. She always had a love for the outdoors. Over the years, She has backpacked more than 200 miles through the Spanish Peaks, the Continental Divide, the North Cascades, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and many other beautiful parks across Washington.
In high school, Esme was active in track and field, cross country, and Mount Baker Crew, where she competed as both a coxswain and rower. In her free time, you’ll find Esme outside; skiing, rowing, hiking, spending time with friends, or off on a new travel adventure!

Nora Chareon (she/her)

Nora is a Biology student at the University of Washington with over 13 years of dance experience and several years of teaching. She’s passionate about helping students develop strength, coordination, and confidence through movement. Her background as a dance instructor allows her to bring creativity and a playful energy to every class.
In her free time, Nora enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and exploring the outdoors whenever she can.
