Class Descriptions

  • This program develops confidence and parkour skills, covering jumping, vaulting, climbing, balance, and quadrupedal movement. Each class includes ukemi (falling safety) and skill applications like games and obstacle courses. Students of all levels will begin classes together and then branch off into distinct groups for skill practice, based on their individual capabilities and experience. This allows students to bond with friends across their age group during games and group activities and still allows students to develop skills based on their personal capacity and physical competency.

  • Ages: 5-12, 13+
    Session length: 14 weeks

Learn and improve your parkour foundations with skill training and play-based learning. Our three-month curriculum covers jumping, vaulting, climbing, balance, and quadrupedal movement. Each class includes ukemi (falling safety) and skill applications like games and obstacle courses. Students should expect to take this class for multiple seasons to learn, review, and improve their skills.

This is an all-levels class appropriate for students with 0-12+ months of parkour experience.

  • Ages: 7-15
    Session length: 14 weeks
Prerequisites: 6+ months of parkour experience (2 seasons)

For students who are ready for more structure and challenge, Intermediate Parkour is the next step.

Students will deepen their understanding of the foundations and learn more advanced skills such as new vaults, climb-ups, and cat backs. Students will improve their strength and agility to safely work on more powerful movements. Intermediate students will also level up their ability to create their own lines, spot challenges, and safely assess risk.

  • Ages: 3-6
    Session length: 14 weeks

This is an immersive adventure class that allows our little ones to become lost in a story-based program where parents and kids can simultaneously explore their physical and creative capacities. Parkour Stories takes a novel approach to developing fundamental parkour skills for parents and their kids ages 3-6. It pulls on aspects of role-playing, improvisation, acting, and storytelling. This program is about leading our children through fundamental parkour movements without naming the moves or providing too much structure for their young and burgeoning minds and bodies. It gives a more fluid structure and lays a foundation for parents and students to transition into our higher-level parkour programs.

  • Ages: 4+ with parent/guardian participation
    Prerequisites: No experience necessary

In this intergenerational class, parents will work with their children to develop parkour skills taught by the instructor. Parkour classes are high-energy, interactive experiences. Students learn to move creatively and efficiently in a collaborative social environment. Every session includes a warm-up and cool-down, falling safety (ukemi), skill practice, movement games, and obstacle courses.

This class requires parent or guardian participation and youth of age 4-9.
