Class Descriptions

This program develops confidence and parkour skills, covering jumping, vaulting, climbing, balance, and quadrupedal movement. Each class includes ukemi (falling safety) and skill applications like games and obstacle courses. Students of all levels will begin classes together and then branch off into distinct groups for skill practice, based on their individual capabilities and experience. This allows students to bond with friends across their age group during games and group activities and still allows students to develop skills based on their personal capacity and physical competency.

Ages: 3-6
Session length: 14 weeksThis is an immersive adventure class that allows our little ones to become lost in a story-based program where parents and kids can simultaneously explore their physical and creative capacities. Parkour Stories takes a novel approach to developing fundamental parkour skills for parents and their kids ages 3-6. It pulls on aspects of role-playing, improvisation, acting, and storytelling. This program is about leading our children through fundamental parkour movements without naming the moves or providing too much structure for their young and burgeoning minds and bodies. It gives a more fluid structure and lays a foundation for parents and students to transition into our higher-level parkour programs.
