Our teen parkour programs provide youth a crucial space for developing themselves. Through teamwork, creative movement, and problem-solving, teens learn the confidence and bravery to approach all of life’s challenges.

Seattle Locations

The University of Washington is still our OG Seattle location, but don’t miss out on our two indoor locations at Garfield Community Center and Tukwila Community Center.

Satellite programs will continue at Hiawatha Playfield in West Seattle, Paramount Park in Shoreline, atop Beacon Hill at Jefferson Park, and in the old growth forest of Lincoln Park!

Class Descriptions

Our parkour classes guide teens as they learn to set goals, overcome fear, collaborate, and problem-solve. Every class includes a group warm-up, falling safety instruction, skill technique practice, movement games, and obstacle coursing.

Teen Development Programs

Beyond our regular classes, Parkour Visions coaches are there to support teens as they explore their independence and nurture their physical, mental, and emotional development. From Team Parkour, Teen Leadership Program (See Below), Coach Development and Leap-to-Lead (L2L) Parkour Visions can help develop young professionals. The real world skills developed in these programs can lead to some students getting their first job as a Parkour Coach.
